Beth
has been a leader and a mentor in the communications service field
for over 12 years, with a total of 25 years in the corporate sector.
Connecting with her customers and promoting leadership through
team development is what opened the door to creating her own business.
Beth began her entrepreneurial
journey attending the Coaches Training Institute, completing her
CPCC (Certified Professional Co-Active Coach) certification in
1999.
She created and facilitates
Success Teams and Women’s “Brain”-Storming On
The Playground™ groups for the continuing support and structure
of helping entrepreneurs shift to the next level of their business.
Combining her unique
approach and personal journey with her love for developing the
new entrepreneur through team dynamics and FUN, Beth created the
very successful "My Way" Marketing Plan™ for the
upcoming, new, and seasoned entrepreneur. Her intuitive approach,
recognition of individual learning styles, team development skills,
and ability to provide effective structures and support are the
cornerstones of this transformational program.
Beth is the creator
of the Marketing On The Playground™ Storybook series in
addition to Marketing and Motivational products for the solo-preneur.
